mine is souvlaki chicken with tzatziki sauce
Souvlaki Marinade
4 cloves minced garlic
2 bay leaves
1/2 c olive oil
1 c dry white wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh oregano
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
marinade meat(chicken or beef) for at least 2 hours(overnight is better)
Tzatziki Sauce
2 c plain(greek style) yoghurt
1 cucumber finely chopped or grated
1-2 garlic cloves crushed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh dill or mint(depending on what you have available and your taste)
1 tbsp lemon juice
mix together and let stand in fridge for 30 mins or longer to allow flavours to blend
*serve with pilau rice and greek style veg for a complete meal

Errrrr
You appear to have suggested lemon juice and crushed garlic twice here, not to mention lemon zest??????????.
What is greek style veg? surely not more garlic!. Definitely not a romantic meal for two.

the souvlaki marinade uses both lemon juice and zest, and crushed garlic,
the tzaziki sauce is an accompaniement to the souvlaki and has it's own set of ingredients.
greek style veg would be the like of aubergine and zuchinni(courgette) usually grilled or roasted.
fair enough garlic is not to everyones taste, but i never suggested it as a romantic meal for two, rather something i like and thought some of the others on here might like to try
take care
shan
