After recent use of the euro, i have found that there
were no apparent problems with using the euro by eitheir tourists or the hosts. However i do strongly disagree with the euro as every country in the world is different, so we sould therefore respect indivdual differencey, and stick to keeping our own currencey, which seperates us from surrounding countries and keeps are traditional indentity and independence.

Sadly our influence in the world continues to decline and our ability to enforce our influence with armed force becomes more expensive by the day.

We need to stop the blinkered little England stance and make headway in gaining overwhelming influence in Europe.

One of the ways we can do that is to join the Euro and start to influence the underlying economic forces that drive European economies.

That also means recognition that the American "special relationship" is only special when it benefits them and not us.

The biggest problem is language. The mere fact that they speak a form of English does not actually translate into the same common goals.

If a larger percentage of us spoke German, French, Spanish or whatever Europe would be 26 miles closer to Dover than it is now.
