You need six or more steel egg cups, mix half pound of plain flour with one egg and water, mixture should be the thickness of porridge! then add chopped cabbage leaves (three large leaves) and then some chopped ginger, mix it up untill quite thick, pour liquid into each egg cup (egg cups sould be on a hot griddle plate!) then add a small peice of octopuss to each cup while still runny then wait for about 4 mins .... slowly turn the mixture over with a meat skewer every few mins untill completely round cook untill golden.. serve with mayonaise.
